A lot of people that have gastrointestinal problems have a problem over here.
It's on the right side, right here.
That's where it is. The problem is on the right lower side.
And that problem's the ileum.
And it's basically this little channel that connects your colon to your small intestinal tract.
Now in that little channel, there's a special world.
And that special world is the most important place for microorganisms.
That's your microbes that are positive and good microbes.
That's their home.
Yeah, they're everywhere else in your intestinal tract and colon,
but that's the spot where they produce your B12.
So when we eat food,
that food ends up down there eventually.
And that food that ends up down here
feeds little bugs that produce a B12.
One that doesn't have to be converted so much by the liver.
That's our B12 maker in there.
Problem is, most everyone has burnout in here.
Too much bad food, too many years of not getting the right foods, too many years of not getting the right probiotic.
You can take all the probiotics you want on the shelf.
I'll grab this probiotic here, I'll grab that probiotic here.
Oh, my doctor, a functional medicine doctor, just gave me this probiotic.
Here's another one.
and all those probiotics will die in your stomach before they even get a chance to get down to here.
One of the problems is everything in those probiotic formulas doesn't create B12.
Everything in that probiotic formula doesn't sit in here.
They don't camp out.
But all those strains of microorganisms do not proliferate or camp out or have staying power here.
If they don't die and they somehow bypass the stomach, the ones you buy off the shelf or the ones that the functional medicine doctors hand out,
and they do bypass and go into your intestinal tract, they still won't be the ones that matter.
and people don't realize is that elevated biotics is what matters and you can't encapsulate them yet
you can't put them on the shelf or in a bottle you can't get them from a fermented food
elevated biotics are on living fruits and vegetables and leafy greens and wild foods
but they're on it right when the food is growing or sitting there in your garden.
So these herbs right here, or leafy greens, right?
These herbs like parsley and cilantro.
If you grow that much parsley on your windowsill or in your garden or inside in your kitchen
and you pluck one piece off and eat this one piece,
you get elevated biotics.
Because naturally, what happens is
thousands upon thousands of microorganisms
grow on your leafy greens, herbs, wild foods,
fruits, and vegetables that you're growing.
You don't want to scrub them off,
but you don't have to scrub and wash them off
because this grew here.
You didn't get it in the store where somebody with COVID on their hands were walking around
or somebody with streptococcus on their hand and were like, oh, I want parsley.
Let me grab.
No, I don't want that one.
I'm going to put that one back.
And then you come along and you're like, I'm going to grab some parsley right here.
Those you've got to wash.
Okay?
And when you wash those, you wash the elevated biotics off.
But it's worth it because you don't want something really bad.
Right?
The point is you don't have to wash these and it's fresh.
The elevated biotics are on there.
the moment. They're on there because they resonate with the plant as it's alive and growing, and they
sit on their kale, a piece of kale in the garden, right? Parsley, cilantro, even if it's once a year.
So here's what's amazing about it. If you get to a farmer's market, or you pick your own greens,
or you grow your own somehow, and it's just once a year, you're getting the elevated biotics, and
you're restoring inside of there.
You're actually restoring that valve.
You're restoring that section of your intestinal tract.
Because what you're doing is you're getting those elevated biotics inside that
ileum and those are producing your B12.
These are also the elevated biotics that go everywhere in your intestinal tract
and those are the ones that count to keep people healthy.
but science research doesn't know this yet.
So they're going to sell you the same old stuff.
Decade after decade, here's your probiotic, ma'am.
Here's your probiotic, sir.
Here you go, right?
Oh, your problems are all in your gut and only in your gut.
Meanwhile, you're still sick with every single disease or symptom or condition
and you have all these neurological symptoms
and they can give you all the probiotics they want
and it doesn't fix them.
But when it comes down to microorganisms,
it's about the elevated biotics
and those are the ones that count even if it's once a year.
If you ever picked a wild berry or maybe one that you just grew
and it wasn't wild and you grew some raspberries right outside your doorway
and you get that raspberry right off the stem.
You just put that right off and you eat it right off that bramble
and then boom, you got those elevated biotics.
Not all problems derive from your gut.
There's misinformation out there and that's a whole other video.
Not all problems derive from our gut.
That's not how it works.
There's people out there eating chocolate cake every day,
eating garbage fried food, processed food,
and they're still fine.
And there's people that are eating good
and taking all this gut health stuff from the doctors
and everything else, and boom, they're sick and bedridden.
Got the worst Crohn's colitis and celiac and IBS
and other problems.
It's not all about that.
It's just people out there with the worst gut conditions,
the worst environment conditions,
the worst microbiome issues, and I feel fine.
Not everything stems from the gut like everybody believes, but what does stem from the gut is something a lot of people are missing, a problem that they don't know, that ileum.
And here's the problem.
Just always remember this, too.
Good bacteria does not cancel out bad bacteria.
So what happens is good bacteria does not cancel out bad bacteria.
Bad bacteria doesn't cancel out good bacteria.
You can be somebody that puts all the good microorganisms you want inside your body,
but if you have streptococcus or you have some kind of viral issue or anything like that,
you have to go after the virus.
We'll do another video on that too.
You have to attack that virus.
You have to clean that out of your system
because bad bacteria and good bacteria, they don't fight themselves.
They don't actually go against themselves.
They'll both live inside of you, no problem.
That's how strep bacteria is.
It'll live inside of you at the same time as good microorganisms will live inside of you,
and you'll be sick with all your problems like SIBO and IBS and everything.
And the functional medicine doctor will keep on giving you probiotics for your SIBO and IBS,
but that's not going to help because he has to figure out how to kill off the streptococcus bacteria.
But when it comes down to a microorganism that really matters,
and I believe in microorganisms, of course I do.
That's the whole point.
That's why I've talked about the elevated biotics.
because, man, if you're able to pick lettuce out of somebody's garden,
even if it's once in a while, and not wash it, you just pick it.
And it's not about dirt. That's not it.
You're not trying to eat dirt.
Instead, it's the microorganisms that are actually all underneath the leaves.
You'll see it with a piece of kale you pick out of a garden.
If you drop water on that kale, it'll roll right off.
It's rolling right off all the elevated biotics.
And those are the elevated biotics that matter the most inside our intestinal tract
that really do square away microbiome issues.
Anyway, this concludes today's exclusive newsletter video.
We're going to do more of them on the gut and gut health.
And take care.
Many blessings.
